🥋 4-Week Introduction Course (Ages 3–6)
Our 4-Week Foundations Introduction Course is the perfect starting point for young children aged 3 to 6 years who are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Designed to be fun, safe and structured, this short course gently introduces kids to the basics of movement, balance, coordination and listening skills — all while building confidence and having fun on the mats.
