During the school holidays, we will be running a NEW 10+ Intermediate Kids Gi Workshop (Positional Drilling and Rolling) on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15 p.m. These sessions are OPEN to INTERMEDIATE Level Grapplers and are aimed at a BOOSTER Class for those students looking to move into our TEENS

RUNNING ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 5:15 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M.
THESE SESSIONS ARE OPEN TO INTERMEDIATE LEVELS, AGES 10 YEARS PLUS AND ARE A DRILLING AND POSITIONAL TRAINING STYLE CLASS (ACTIVE)
