A huge part of any athletes training program is their strength and conditioning.
We have a dedicated area that is purpose built for our strength and conditioning program. It's part of our members plans (to start with, this will be an add on for future memberships).
This will allow parents to get a workout in while their kids are training, our athletes will be able to add this area into their existing program and our kids program will have access to strength and conditioning classes as part of their memberships.
