Service Description

Join us for the 12:00 P.M. No-Gi All Levels BJJ class at AMMA GYM BJJ. Our friendly and experienced instructors will guide you through a technique and drilling class open to all levels, including beginners. You'll have the opportunity to learn and practice No-Gi techniques and finish off the session with some light rolling. Come improve your skills and have fun with us at AMMA GYM BJJ.
